Fall is my favorite time of year!! It means crisp air, gorgeous leaves, pumpkin spice everything, outdoor fires, camping, Holiday season, and so much more! I could go on and on! I love decorating for Fall, and get excited when it is time to take down the Halloween and add in some extra Fall! I have designed three different Fall Mantel Decor Ideas, and each Design comes with FREE Printables to help you create the look or give it your own spin! I love the pops of gold used in the Neutral Fall Decorations. The Coffee Filter wreath is probably one of my favorite DIY items to date!
NO MANTEL? Don’t worry … You can recreate these decor tips using a shelf or bookcase in your house! You can also use a bench to decorate in the hearth styles! You can take these DIY ideas and use them to decorate for the Holidays throughout your home.

The Coffee Filter Wreath is by far my favorite part of this neutral style! It was EASY and CHEAP to make! $3 Total if you already have hot glue and glue sticks.
HOW TO DIY - COFFEE FILTER WREATH
1.) You will need; -A wire wreath form from Dollar Tree or your local craft store. The kind made for using burlap and tulle. You can also use a foam wreath. -At least two packs of standard coffee filters from Dollar Tree (I used almost 300 filters total). -Hot glue gun and lots of hot glue sticks.
2.) Start on the outside layer. Take the coffee filter and push the center down pulling the sides up (like you would a piece of tissue paper going into a gift sack).
3.) Shove three to four of the filters in the hole between the wires. Put small amounts of hot glue along the wire and press the filters against the hot glue. I started just shoving a bunch of filters in at a time and putting small dabs of hot glue throughout.
4.) If using a foam wreath glue each filter to the wreath as you go. I like how it looked with the wire best.
5.) This is a very easy project, but does take a bit of time. You can add a little spray paint gold to the tips like I did or leave it white!
You can download the FREE FALL Printable Banner at the bottom of this post. Use a standard office hole punch and ribbon or twine of your choice to assemble. For the Mirror you can use a cheap Walmart or thrift store find, and then use Rustoleum Gold Metalic to spray paint the frame. I purchased this one for $10 at Walmart then spray painted.

The gorgeous real pumpkins are from Autumn Harvest Pumpkins. I spray painted a few gold. Autumn Harvest ships gorgeous pumpkins at an amazing price with FREE Shipping! You can spray paint antlers, pine cones, and more nature items to mix in.
Use a standard fall leaf garland and spray paint it white. Then add in a few gold glitter and gold spray painted leaves. Spray painting the white leaves was a challenge. They soaked the spray paint in. So be prepared for a few cans of spray paint if you tackle this project.
