What Is a Digital/Printable Party Package?
Lillian Hope Designs creates Digital/Printable party packages. We do NOT ship any items. All of our products are digital downloads. This means once you order your package from our shop you will either get your instant download immediately or if it is a file we personalize you will receive in 3 business days. Your download link will come with a step by step list for how to download, save to your computer, and print your files.
How Long can I keep the files?
Once you download and save to your computer you can keep them as long as you want. You MUST download and save the files to your computer within a week. The download link itself expires within a week. The files will stay on your computer once saved as long as you want to keep them.
How many items can I print for each file?
You can print as many items as you want!

How do I order a party package?

How long does it take to get a file?
Instant downloads are immediately ready for you to download. Files we personalize take 3 business days.
Do you make custom packages if I do not see what I am looking for?
Yes! It depends on many factors; so please contact us through the CONTACT tab.
Can I substitute items out of the package for other items?
The packages come as they are. If you want to add in other items that are not included it will be an additional add on fee. Please CONTACT me to find out more.
What if I only want a few items in the package?
The packages come as they are. The only items that are sold individually are already listed as individual items.
Printing Questions
Do you offer printing?
I do not offer printing. I do however recommend print shops such as Office Depot, Staples, and Office Max.
What if my printer doesn’t work very well?
I recommend using a print shop like Office Depot, Staples, or Office Max. FedEx Kinkos is more expensive.
How do I take the package to a print shop?
You will follow the step by step download instructions that came in your email with the download link. Then once your files are saved and extracted (unzipped) to your computer you will save to a flash drive (jump drive) (thumb drive) and take to the print shop.
Should I use a print shop or my home printer?
Both options will work. It depends on the quality of your home printer; if it does not have great printing quality then I would recommend using a print shop.
Why is my color different once printed than it is on my screen?
The color will differ from computer monitor to computer monitor, and from printer to printer. There is no way for us to guarantee a color will look the exact same for every time printed. There are so many variables when printing. The color will never look the exact same as it does on the monitor. The monitor makes colors appear brighter. The colors print darker then on monitor. If you purchased a package that has pictures of the assembled product the color should be close to that on the pictures of the assembled product.
If I am using a home printer and my color looks funny what can I do?
You can adjust the brightness setting on your printer settings menu if you want to try different levels of brightness. I would next recommend using a print shop such as Office Depot.
What is the best type of paper to use?
White card stock or gloss card stock.
